How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 days in advance for standard cakes. For custom designs or large event orders, please provide at least 7 days' notice to ensure availability.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our most popular cakes if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Please check our 'Same Day Delivery' category for available options.

Are your cakes suitable for people with allergies?

While we offer eggless and nut-free options, all our cakes are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee due to the perishable nature of our products.

How should I store my cake after delivery?

Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2-3 days. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend taking the cake out of the fridge 15-30 minutes before serving.

Can I customize the message on my cake?

Absolutely! You can add a personalized message of up to 30 characters on a chocolate plaque or directly on the cake board at no extra charge during the checkout process.
